I marvel at the beauty and processes in nature and I consider myself a naturalist, studying nature through my photography and fine art. My goal is to capture those fleeting moments that get drowned out by the distractions in our daily lives.  The natural world is a wonder and a joy to observe and I want to capture and share what I see.

I have been doing product photography since 1996 as part of my Industrial Design degree. I would photograph nature as reference for my fine art. It was my wife that gave me the realization that many of the photographs could stand alone as works of art.
